As a Customer Service Representative, you will engage with customers from Police, Fire, and EMS sectors, offering tailored assistance in our showroom. This position requires a blend of solid interpersonal skills, junior account management experience, and a background in supply chain management to excel in fulfilling customer needs and enhance their experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and support walk-in customers with uniform selections
• Manage inquiries through phone and email, placing accurate orders




• Provide product recommendations to maximize customer satisfaction
• Document inquiries and resolutions for effective tracking
• Assist with order correction and initiate replacement parts
Requirements:
• 2–5 years of customer service or supply chain experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Understanding of supply chain processes
• Strong communication skills, English required
• Ability to work onsite in Mississauga
