Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior SAP Test Lead to lead the end-to-end testing strategy and execution for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation.

This role ensures high-quality delivery across System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression, and data migration activities while partnering with business, technical, and vendor teams to support a successful go-live.

1-Year assignment

Must Have:

- 8+ years of enterprise testing or quality assurance leadership experience, including SAP ERP/SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Proven experience leading SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect management, and test governance for complex, integrated programs.
- Robust knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, testing methodologies, and enterprise test management tools (e.g., SAP Cloud ALM, Azure DevOps ).
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and vendor coordination skill.

Nice-to-Have:

- Experience with SAP Clean Core principles, integrations, and data migration/mock cutover testing.
- ISTQB, PMP,



Agile/Scrum, or other relevant certifications.
- Experience working in regulated or highly governed project environments.
- Knowledge of performance testing and release/cutover planning.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and lead the end-to-end testing strategy, plans, schedules, and quality governance across all testing phases.
- Manage SIT and UAT execution, including test planning, defect triage, reporting, and readiness assessments.
- Collaborate with business, technical, and vendor teams to ensure test environments, data, and resources are prepared for successful execution.
- Monitor testing KPIs, quality metrics, and risks, providing clear go/no-go recommendations for stage gates and deployment.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, ensuring traceability, audit-ready evidence, and successful business adoption.
