Job Description:

The person should have led a complex business systems implementation from the client side.

- Relevant experience includes: ERP implementation, preferably NetSuite or a comparable platform
- Connected Finance, Operations, data, and technology workstreams
- Vendor and systems-integrator management
- Multi-entity or multi-site deployment
- Order-to-cash, billing, pricing, or operational systems
- Testing, cutover, business readiness, and post-go-live stabilization
- Programs where ownership, requirements, or solution decisions were still being worked through

Core responsibilities





Maintain the integrated plan across NetSuite, Vortex, Fuel, FBO/Retail, Data Hub, Safety, and related workstreams

- Manage dependencies, decisions, risks, actions, and milestones across the program
- Test vendor plans, assumptions, and proposed schedule changes
- Confirm owners, decision paths, and required business input
- Oversee scope, budget, testing, rollout, cutover, and stabilization readiness
- Prepare transparent leadership and SteerCo materials, including recommendations and trade-offs
- Escalate issues that cannot be resolved within the workstream
