In this full-time, permanent role, youll manage operations for Toromont Cat while maintaining strong relationships with key clients in Nunavut and Eastern Canada. With at least five years of leadership experience, you’ll promote a safety-first culture, handle financial reporting including P&L, and lead operational improvements. Your expertise will be essential for achieving customer objectives and maximizing operational efficiency across the mine sites.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead secure and healthy work practices in operations
• Oversee management and liaison between site and company

• Manage parts forecasting and dealer inventory

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education completed
