Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize dishes and glassware using assigned equipment
• Polish silverware with specialized tools and techniques
• Maintain kitchen area and ensure equipment complies with safety standards
• Wash food prep surfaces,



including worktables and refrigerators
• Remove trash and maintain cleanliness of garbage cans
Requirements:
• Valid Food Handler Certificate or equivalent
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
• Previous dishwashing experience preferred but not required
• Hands-on experience with industrial washing machines preferred
• Physical ability to perform job duties
