In this role, you'll work within the Commercial department, actively collaborating with Finance and Project Controls. Your responsibilities will include ensuring data quality and developing reporting solutions that improve transparency in project costs. Effective analysis of cost data will help identify financial risks and opportunities, contributing to strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct predictive insights for cost forecasting
• Maintain cost reporting tools and dashboards
• Monitor key performance indicators for project tracking




• Analyze trends in cost data and variances
• Collaborate with project teams to translate needs into reports
Requirements:
• 5 years' experience in cost control within construction
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Analytics
• Advanced skills in Excel; SQL experience required
• Familiarity with data visualization platforms
• Knowledge of earned value management concepts
