About the Role Delivery Leadership & Product Direction Lead and manage a cross-functional delivery team. Provide clear direction, priorities, and decision-making across the team. Partner closely with the Product Owner and the Business Excellence team to ensure production stability, incident management alignment, and continuous service improvement, all while ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and operational support functions. Development & Delivery Execution Oversee delivery of:Product enhancements to improve functionality, usability, integration, and automation across the Guidewire platformGuidewire Cloud (Ski) releases, including planning, impact analysis across all modules, regression scope, and coordinated rollout Defect resolution and bug fixes, ensuring prioritization aligns with business impact, regulatory requirements, and production stability Lead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definition Ensure continuous delivery through effective collaboration with development, QA,
and DevOps Balance new feature delivery with technical debt reduction and platform health Technical Oversight Maintain strong understanding of Guidewire Cloud architecture across all core applications. Collaborate with key technical resources within WCB and DevOps teams on:Integration patterns between ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and external systems Environment strategy and release management CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, architecture, scalability, and reliability Key Partner Management Partner with business leaders across Claims, Policy, Billing, and Customer/Contact domains. Act as the bridge between technical delivery teams and non-technical partners. Communicate roadmap progress, risks, and delivery outcomes effectively. Quality & Continuous Improvement Collaborate with QA and other key technical resources, to define and enforce quality standards. Ensure strong testing strategy across:Functional Integration (especially cross-module flows) Regression for Guidewire releases Drive improvements in:Release quality Production stability Delivery predictability Team Structure Lead and collaborate with:Project Manager Business Analysts Developers (Guidewire / Integration) DevOps Engineers QA Lead & QA Analysts Business Excellence team Project Management Office 3rd Party technical resources for project and enhancement work Other key areas of the business as required.
Your Experience & Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; and A minimum of five years’ related experience in Technical Product Management; three of which involveddemonstrated experience in: Guidewire or other insurance applications, working in the Cloud environment, understanding of insurance domains, and a leadership capacity or role.
