Our employees describe the culture as Collaborative, Evolving, Service-Minded and Team-Focused.About the RoleDelivery Leadership & Product DirectionLead and manage a cross-functional delivery team.Provide clear direction, priorities, and decision-making across the team.Partner closely with the Product Owner and the Business Excellence team to ensure production stability, incident management alignment, and continuous service improvement, all while ensuring alignment between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and operational support functions.Development & Delivery ExecutionOversee delivery of:Product enhancements to improve functionality, usability, integration, and automation across the Guidewire platformGuidewire Cloud (Ski) releases, including planning, impact analysis across all modules, regression scope, and coordinated rolloutDefect resolution and bug fixes, ensuring prioritization aligns with business impact, regulatory requirements, and production stabilityLead backlog refinement, sprint planning, and acceptance criteria definitionEnsure continuous delivery through effective collaboration with development, QA,



and DevOpsBalance new feature delivery with technical debt reduction and platform healthTechnical OversightMaintain strong understanding of Guidewire Cloud architecture across all core applications.Collaborate with key technical resources within WCB and DevOps teams on:Integration patterns between ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and external systemsEnvironment strategy and release managementCI/CD pipelines and deployment automationEnsure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, architecture, scalability, and reliabilityKey Partner ManagementPartner with business leaders across Claims, Policy, Billing, and Customer/Contact domains.Act as the bridge between technical delivery teams and non-technical partners.
