What you'll do

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and improve workflow efficiency.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency across departments.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring that all necessary materials and agendas are prepared in advance.
- Manage documentation and maintain organized records of operational activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support project management initiatives by tracking progress, deadlines, and deliverables, while providing regular updates to stakeholders.




- Act as a liaison between departments to facilitate communication and resolve any operational issues that may arise.
- Conduct research and gather data to assist in decision-making processes, providing insights that contribute to strategic planning.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, ensuring that expenditures align with operational goals.
- Participate in training sessions for new employees, helping them understand operational procedures and company culture.
- Provide administrative support to senior management, including preparing reports and presentations as needed.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork and collaboration among colleagues.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations or administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools.




- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges.

Nice to have

- Experience with data analysis tools or software, such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and other operational software.
- Previous experience in a tech or startup environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies is advantageous.
- Bilingual abilities in English and French or another language would be beneficial.
