SaskEnergy is seeking a qualified Operations Technician to join their dynamic team. This role involves maintaining, troubleshooting, and operating gas system facilities while participating in mitigation planning. Key responsibilities include inspecting existing infrastructure and coordinating work with Gas Construction Crews to ensure compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance and repair of gas system facilities
• Monitor cathodic protection systems and maintain records
• Locate and maintain gas distribution systems




• Inspect contractors' work for compliance with standards
• Provide customer service for gas appliance issues
Requirements:
• Grade 12 education or equivalent
• Journeyperson Plumbing Certificate required
• Valid gas fitter's license (general or domestic)
• Three years of experience in natural gas industry
• Class 5 driver’s license required
