The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with residential wood framing and be comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment on custom home projects.Key ResponsibilitiesConstruct and assemble wood framing for residential homesRead and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layout measurementsBuild walls, floors, roofs, stairs, and structural componentsInstall beams, joists, trusses, sheathing, and subfloorsOperate power tools, hand tools, and framing equipment safelyEnsure framing work is level, square,
