This role requires strong expertise with both Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate, along with the ability to collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, develop, and support scalable automation initiatives.The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the full automation lifecycle- from solution discovery and architecture through implementation, deployment, and ongoing production support- while promoting best practices and mentoring other team members.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).Blue Prism certification is considered an asset.Microsoft Power Platform certifications are highly desirable.Approximately 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise automation solutions.Experience working within Agile delivery environments.Additional experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Lean, Six Sigma,
