The clinic currently has two physicians and offers a collaborative practice environment with informal mentorship, regular team discussions, and support for in-office procedures. The practice follows a cost-sharing overhead model and is approved for both Longitudinal Family Medicine (LFM) and Fee-For-Service (FFS) billing models. The clinic is looking for a physician interested in a part-time practice. Compensation is through the Longitudinal Family Medicine (LFM) model. Clinical Practice & Collaboration Deliver comprehensive family medicine to all age groups, with a patient population primarily composed of seniors. Work alongside 2 family physicians Physicians have the option to conduct procedures in-office or at the local hospital with nursing support in ambulatory care.
