It is an opportunity to develop a trusted, long-term working relationship and help the client experience greater independence, dignity, connection, and quality of life.The right candidate will be dependable, motivated, and confident working independently. You will know how to balance being attentive and proactive with respecting the client’s privacy, preferences, and personal choices. You will notice subtle changes, anticipate needs, adapt to the moment, and take initiative while respecting the client’s right to direct their own life and care.Experience supporting someone with a spinal cord injury is a strong asset. Client-specific and in-home training will be provided as needed.Consistent Shifts AvailableWe are building a reliable care team to provide support seven days a week. Available shifts include:
- Day shifts:



8:30 a.M.–4:30 p.M.
- Evening shifts: 4:30 p.M.–10:30 p.M.
- Overnight shifts: 10:30 p.M.–8:30 a.M.This position is well suited to someone looking for consistent hours and the opportunity to make a lasting difference through dependable, relationship-based care.
