As a Dispatch Analyst, you will provide analytical, reporting, and operational support for Irving Energy Home Heat through data analysis, business reporting, and tank monitor asset management. Your goal will be to deliver accurate insights, maintain reliable operational data, and support effective business decision-making. and equipment informationCoordinate warranty repairs and refurbishment activities to maximize equipment availability and support cost-effective operationsTrack inventory levels across locations to minimize installation delays and reduce emergency purchasing costs.Gather and analyze information from multiple systems and departments to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to support business objectivesParticipate in system upgrades and enhancements by testing recent functionality, validating results, and providing feedback prior to implementationCollaborate with schedulers, managers, and cross-functional teams to provide operational insights, reporting, and assistance for new initiatives and service-related projectsPerform additional duties and analysis as required to support departmental objectives and continuous improvement initiativesYour Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, data analysis and Power BI / Power QueryStrong attention to detail and accuracyStrong technical aptitude and ability to learn new systemsEffective communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentYour Experience:Post secondary education or equivalent experience in Business or related field1-3 years experience in a similar roleExperience working with data, reporting, and multiple business systems is preferredThe expected salary range for this position is $54,380 - $67,975.
