As a full time Mortgage Funder, you will report to the Manager of Residential Underwriting. The role demands strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. You will ensure all mortgage files are complete and compliant, collaborating closely with solicitors and the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Check documents for solicitor entitlement and lender accuracy
• Organize mortgage files and send instructional packages
• Follow up with solicitors for advance requests




• Coordinate with accounting for timely fund releases
• Review documentation for compliance with regulations
Requirements:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven organizational and multitasking abilities
• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• Competency in MS Office and learning new technologies
• Proficient in written and spoken French
