What you'll do

- Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Cira's digital offerings, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, translating them into actionable development plans.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing product enhancements and new features.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define product specifications and oversee the development process, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality products.
- Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and improve user experience continuously.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to ensure product success.
- Create and deliver presentations to communicate product updates and strategies to executive leadership and other stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior product team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning within the team.




- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure effective team collaboration and project management.
- Advocate for user‑centered design principles, ensuring that all products are intuitive and meet the needs of our diverse user base.
- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to keep Cira at the forefront of innovation in the digital space.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop go‑to‑market strategies and promotional materials that effectively communicate product value propositions.

Requirements

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, preferably within the technology or digital services sector.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products throughout their lifecycle.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in an agile environment.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.
- Experience with user research and usability testing to inform product development and enhancements.




- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with domain registration and management, internet infrastructure, or related fields.
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar project management software.
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles and experience collaborating with design teams.
- Previous experience in a leadership role or mentoring junior team members.
- Understanding of Canadian digital policies and regulations, particularly those affecting internet services.

Skills & tools

- Proficient in product management tools and methodologies, including roadmap development and backlog prioritization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and user feedback platforms.
- Competence in using collaboration tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or similar platforms.
