About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations
- Monitor staff performance and provide training and supervision
- Ensure customer satisfaction and address customer concerns promptly




- Control inventory, food costs, and labor expenses
- Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, and employee development
- Track sales and prepare operational reports
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

Qualifications

- Completion of secondary school education
- Previous restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Versatile availability, including weekends and holidays
