Provide expert advice on RMA and District Plans
Manage complex resource consent processes and appeals

Mentor developing planners within the team
Collaborate on policy changes and compliance issuesRequirements:
Degree in planning or resource management
At least 7 years' experience in planning roles
Experience with Council hearings and technical matters
Strong knowledge of the Resource Management Act
