Oversee and lead the accounting team effectively
Direct financial reporting and ensure adherence to principles




Perform monthly financial close processes accurately
Analyze monthly results against budget and prior periods
Assist in financial forecasting and ad-hoc reporting

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting required
5+ years of relevant experience in finance
Knowledge of ERP reporting systems, preferably Epicor
Robust skills in financial analysis and presenting reports
CPA license preferred but not required
