Axiom seeks a Government Contracts Legal Advisor to enhance existing client contracting teams and ensure compliance with procurement laws.In this role, you will advise clients on all aspects of government contracts law while being embedded within their teams. Utilizing your robust background in federal and state procurement processes, you'll navigate contract negotiation, performance, and compliance issues with confidence.Key Responsibilities:
Counsel on government contracting processes and disputes
Assist clients with RFPs and bid preparation
Advise on compliance with FAR and DFARS regulations
Guide clients on local and state procurement laws
Provide insight on contract administration and adherenceRequirements:
Active Law Society of Ontario membership
Minimum of 3 years in government contracts law
In-depth knowledge of federal and state guidelines
Experience within a law firm or government agency
