In this full time role, you will lead restoration projects while ensuring exceptional service and efficiency in every aspect of project management. We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager with over five years of restoration experience. You will manage various claims, scope restoration projects using Xactimate, and coordinate with teams, homeowners, and subcontractors.
Your role is essential for meeting key performance indicators and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Scope and estimate restoration projects using Xactimate
Manage claims from emergency response to completion
Coordinate with internal teams, adjusters, and contractors
Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality standards
Identify prospects for improved service efficiency Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of restoration experience
Proficient in Xactimate and MS Office
IICRC certifications required
Valid Class G driver’s license
Robust organizational and time management skills Thrive in project management by delivering quality work and exceptional service in property restoration.
