About the Role
True Talent Solutions Inc. is hiring experienced Forklift Drivers. Receivers handle incoming shipments and Organizers manage put-away and stock organization to keep the warehouse running smoothly.
Shifts Available
Day Shift — 8:30 AM–4:30 PM
Afternoon Shift — 1:00 PM–9:00 PM
All positions require working 6 days a week (Mon–Sat, or Mon–Fri plus Sunday).
What We're Looking For
Forklift license required
Minimum 1 year of relevant warehouse experience
Able to work a 6-day weekly schedule
Compensation
Base pay: $19.00/hr
Performance bonuses available, up to $35.00/hr for top performers
Frozen area premium: +$3.00/hr
Note: the mandatory 30-minute break is unpaid
