The Engagement

Lead coordinates the City Centre Calgary Family Resource Network, enhancing collaboration among partners, stakeholders, and schools. Reporting to the FRN Supervisor, this role requires facilitating community outreach, managing partnerships, and evaluating data trends to identify service gaps. Identifying prospects for stakeholder engagement and service delivery improvement is essential. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate outreach activities to promote the network’s services
Plan and host regular community meetings and training




Maintain consistent referral pathways among partners
Analyze access trends and share insights for improvement
Prepare reports demonstrating community impact Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field
Minimum 3 years of program coordination experience
Expertise in stakeholder engagement strategies
Understanding community-based supports
