Methanex is hiring an experienced Corporate Accountant to handle full-cycle accounting for the Corporate Office. This role involves intricate month-end processes and intercompany accounting management. You will be responsible for month-end financial reporting, preparing and analyzing journal entries, and ensuring accuracy in reconciliations.

Collaborating closely with payroll and other finance contacts, you will support audits and maintain compliance with statutory requirements. This role also emphasizes continuous improvements in accounting practices. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee month-end accounting reconciliations and entries
Manage intercompany transactions and GL coding
Assist in quarterly financial statement preparation
Support cost sharing audits and cost allocations
Partner with Oracle Solutions for process enhancement Requirements:
CPA designation or equivalent mandatory
4+ years of accounting experience with large firms
2 years working with ERP systems, Oracle preferred
Solid analytical and technical accounting expertise
