The Ontario

Centre of Innovation (OCI) seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead initiatives vital for growth and sustainability. This role works closely with the Executive Team to establish long-term strategies while engaging in meaningful collaborations. Candidates should possess experience in fostering relationships across sectors, including government, academia, and industry. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coach internal and external staff for optimal performance
Develop and manage strategic partnerships with key organizations




Negotiate agreements and generate impactful outcomes
Report key performance indicators to executives
Participate in business associations to expand OCI's network Requirements:
Relevant post-secondary education, such as Engineering or Business
Proven experience in building partnerships
Familiarity with public sector funding and networks
Robust strategic thinking and negotiation skills
Excellent communication abilities across levels Drive OCI's mission forward through strategic partnerships and cutting-edge thinking.
