As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will engage in patient-oriented care and develop personalized care plans. Your experience will be pivotal in monitoring resident health and coordinating care effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care and administer medications
Conduct clinical assessments and update care plans
Manage care assignments within the nursing team
Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid
Offer education to residents and families
Requirements:
Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Experience in geriatric care preferred
Solid communication and critical thinking skills
Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
Willing to undergo a Vulnerable Sector Check
