Lead environmental services as the Environmental Services Manager at Southbridge Care Homes in Heartwood. Ensure a clean, protected living space while managing teams and regulatory compliance. In this full time role, you will report directly to the Executive Director and be responsible for maintaining high standards across housekeeping and laundry departments.

Your experience in long-term care settings will be essential for overseeing contractor work and managing departmental budgets. You will also play a vital role in staff training and safety program management. Key Responsibilities:
Create and sustain a safe home setting for residents
Oversee hiring and performance management of departmental staff




Supervise contract work to meet regulatory standards
Manage departmental budgets and inventory controls
Maintain records in compliance with applicable legislation Requirements:
Post-secondary studies or Environmental Services certificate
Two years managerial experience required
Long-term care experience preferred
