As a Temporary Full-Time Personal Support Worker, you’ll work under the guidance of RPNs and RNs, adhering to established care plans.

This role focuses on activities of daily living, promoting resident participation in recreational activities, and ensuring safety through exemplary care practices. Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care as per resident care plans
Document personal care delivered accurately
Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences
Contribute to quality and risk management efforts
Maintain a clean and secure workplace for residents Requirements:
Completion of a PSW program approved under Ontario regulations
Experience in long-term care settings preferred
Solid interpersonal communication skills
Basic computer proficiency required
