Provide cost estimating services to the business units. This includes understanding the scope of work, preparing detailed cost estimates, providing advice, guidance and direction on a wide range of projects (Civil/ Electrical, Mechanical/ l&C; projects in a nuclear setting)
Develop conceptual, preliminary and release quality engineering and construction cost estimates Develop project basis of estimates, prepare project estimated based on available information
Develop project take-offs and equipment counts based upon the specifications/ drawings and include safety & security factors for nuclear projects Qualifications:
Requires estimate preparation experience of 5+ years
Requires experience associated with project estimate classification system
Requires experience in engineering and construction management concepts, methods and techniques




Requires experience in project design, construction, rehabilitation and modification to appreciate the spectrum of work situations surrounding major projects and in particular to generating facilities
