Prepare and maintain detailed construction cost estimates
Perform thorough evaluations of project specifications
Advise on effective value engineering and cost management
Manage supplier contracts and client communications
Conduct price benchmarking and data analysis Requirements:
Over 7 years’ experience in cost consultancy
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
CIQS/RICS membership is an asset
Robust analytical, communication, and organizational skills
