This position covers recent construction management with a focus on performance auditing and community engagement. This role requires knowledge of the unique aspects of current construction, enabling successful transitions and ongoing management. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure operational readiness and compliance with the Condominium Act. Key Responsibilities:
Lead the early operational phases post-transition
Coordinate with developers on outstanding warranty items
Implement core building systems and contracts
Support Board of Directors with governance decisions
