Responsibilities
Operate various cleaning equipment, to thoroughly clean carpets and upholstery
Use commercial cleaning solutions and techniques to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from carpets
Prepare work areas by moving furniture and securing the site for efficient cleaning operations
Perform facilities maintenance tasks related to cleaning equipment and ensuring safety standards are met
Communicate clearly with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service throughout the job
Manage time effectively to complete scheduled appointments on time while maintaining high-quality standards
Lift heavy equipment safely during the cleaning process and adhere to proper safety protocols at all times
Requirements
Proven custodial or commercial cleaning experience, preferably with carpet or upholstery cleaning
Familiarity with cleaning machinery used in professional environments
Strong communication skills to interact confidently with clients and team members
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a busy setting
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday
Knowledge of facilities maintenance practices related to cleaning equipment and safety procedures
