Drive impactful communication strategies as the Communications Coordinator for Doig River First Nation. This role focuses on both internal and external communications while maintaining engagement with community members.

The Communications

Coordinator, reporting to the Information Technology Manager, is integral in implementing the communications strategy. You will develop a variety of communication materials and manage online platforms, ensuring alignment with Doig River First Nation's branding and messaging. Collaboration across departments is essential for identifying communication needs and opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Implement the Communications Strategy effectively
Develop written content and graphic materials




Maintain website and social media platforms
Capture and create content through photography and videography
Support media releases and emergency communications Requirements:
Diploma in Communications or related field
Experience in communication material creation
Robust verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or Canva
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's Licence Contribute to the voice of Doig River First Nation through skilled communications and community engagement.
