Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive employment law advice for corporate workforce
Review and update workforce documentation, policies, and contracts

Partner with HR on restructuring and compliance initiatives

Requirements:
Qualified to practice in Canada, licensed in British Columbia
Minimum 8 years of employment law experience
Expertise in federal and provincial law, especially in BC
