Deliver high-quality client service from start to finish
Coach junior team members and provide constructive feedback
Build solid client relationships and manage complexities
Support continuous improvement and efficiencies in processes
Leverage relevant technology to enhance service delivery Requirements:
CPA-certified with over 5 years in public practice
Proficient in tax, compilations, and review engagements
Experience with CaseWare and Taxprep software
Excellent engagement management and coaching skills
