As the Director of Clinical Hygiene & Patient Experience, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership within the Anytime Dental network.

Lead and mentor Registered Dental Hygienists across clinics
Champion exceptional patient care and experiences
Develop clinical best practices and hygiene standards




Support ongoing education and onboarding for recent hygienists
Collaborate with clinic leadership to enhance hygiene teams

Requirements:
Registered Dental Hygienist in valuable standing in Ontario
10+ years of experience in dental hygiene
5+ years in clinical leadership or mentorship
Experience with Invisalign and iTero scanner is a plus
Strong communication and project management skills
