Search Savvy is recruiting on behalf of a well-established civil contractor that has been building Ottawa's infrastructure for more than 25 years. Due to continued growth, they're looking for an experienced Water & Sewer Foreman to lead underground infrastructure crews on municipal and subdivision projects throughout Ottawa's east end.

What You'll Do
Lead watermain, sanitary sewer and storm sewer installation crews
Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to specification
Coordinate daily activities with Project Managers, inspectors and subcontractors
Read and interpret construction drawings, grades and specifications
Maintain quality workmanship while keeping projects on schedule
Foster a positive, safety-first culture on site
What We're Looking For
8+ years of experience in water and sewer construction
Previous foreman or crew leadership experience
Strong understanding of underground servicing and municipal infrastructure
Ability to read construction drawings and grades
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Strong commitment to safety and quality
Valid driver's licence
