With over 15 years of aerospace industry experience, you will lead and align organizational transformation initiatives, manage a diverse project portfolio, and ensure planning schedules meet production objectives. Your oversight will support critical business priorities while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and coordinate the transformation roadmap for Planning & Methods
Align planning schedules to enhance decision-making processes




Manage multi-site project portfolios including budget and workforce planning
Foster collaboration across Operations, Sales, and Finance teams
Ensure governance of the Planning & Methods function Requirements:
Bachelor's in Engineering or related field; MBA is an asset
15+ years in aerospace or complex manufacturing
Minimum 5 years leading multidisciplinary teams
Proven experience in transformation initiatives
Solid leadership and strategic execution skills Lead transformation and innovation initiatives in the aerospace sector with passion and strategic insight at Bombardier.
