Lead HR transformation initiatives as a Director of HR Integration at SLC Management. This contract role oversees the integration of HR digital platforms and requires strong project management skills. As a temporary full time Director, you will coordinate multifaceted HR integration efforts for SLC Management.

You will manage project milestones, dependencies, and resources to ensure seamless transitions across the organization. A focus on HR processes, stakeholder collaboration, and data governance will be critical in this role, making a substantial impact on SLC’s integration strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain integrated project plans with transparent milestones
Coordinate across HR, Technology, Payroll, and other teams




Create executive reports and dashboards for project status
Design HR process documentation and standardized guidance
Partner on employee data integration and system transition Requirements:
8+ years in project management, ideally M&A; integrations
Proven track record in managing complex HR transformations
Solid grasp of HRIS delivery and automation tools
Agile project management experience preferred
