Lead exceptional nursing services as the Director of Care at Southbridge Care Homes in Ontario. This full time position prioritizes resident-centered care and compliance with legislation. As the Director of Care, you will oversee all clinical operations within Hope Street Terrace, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021. You will manage nursing staff, develop resident care plans, and lead quality improvement initiatives.
