Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards
Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to strict food handling and safety protocols
Support the serving staff by ensuring timely delivery of hot and cold dishes to guests
Follow recipes accurately while demonstrating creativity in meal presentation when appropriate




Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and communicate needs for restocking or ordering supplies
Uphold all food safety regulations, including proper storage, sanitation practices, and allergen awareness

Experience
Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar food service role within a restaurant or food industry setting
Robust knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment operation
Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation procedures
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a quick-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration and customer service excellence
Prior experience with meal preparation, serving, and managing multiple tasks simultaneously is highly desirable
