Ensure compliance with national standards to maintain accreditation




Oversee Health PEI's Employee Experience framework and programs
Build partnerships with stakeholders for strategic alignment
Provide budget oversight and financial forecasting for HR resources Requirements:
Master’s degree in clinical health sciences
Extensive senior leadership experience in healthcare
Proven budget management skills with multi-million-dollar budgets
