About You
1+ years of Leadership/coaching experience within the Federal Public Service
Experience working with Senior Executives, including C‑suite employees at the Assistant Deputy Minister (ADM) level
ICF Coaching Certificate is an asset
Reliability Clearance
Proficient in both English and French
