Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Dishwasher/Prep Cook to join our restaurant team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen setting while assisting with food preparation and meal assembly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, food safety, and teamwork, ensuring our guests receive high-quality dining experiences. Responsibilities
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, assembling ingredients, and portioning meals according to recipes
Support cooking activities by preparing ingredients and following established procedures
Ensure food handling practices comply with safety regulations to prevent contamination
Maintain a clean and organized work station throughout shifts
Assist with restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed
Support the kitchen team during busy service times to ensure smooth operations





Requirements
Prior experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environment is preferred but not required
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Strong teamwork skills and good communication abilities
Willingness to learn recent skills related to cooking and food preparation
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 pounds as needed
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends if required
