Drive operational excellence as a Processing Supervisor at Elk Valley Resources. This on-site position is all about optimizing production while maintaining a robust focus on safety and environmental practices. As the Supervisor, you will report directly to the Superintendent and manage process operations crews.

Your key role will be to coordinate and prioritize production activities, aiming to meet set objectives. You will provide coaching to enhance crew performance and operate on a 4x4 shift rotation of day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire processing operation teams
Enforce health and safety compliance diligently
Coordinate production plans with related departments
Set and communicate transparent performance goals
Maximize plant efficiency and product quality

Requirements:
At least three years of processing plant experience
Two years of crew supervision experience needed
Obtainable HSRC supervisory ticket
Solid processing workplace knowledge
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
