Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and effective Dishwasher to join our team in a rapid-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware, supporting the overall smooth operation of our food service establishment. This role is essential in maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety, contributing to an exceptional guest experience.

Duties
Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing machines or by hand.
Ensure all kitchenware is properly cleaned and stored according to health and safety standards.
Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic food handling and setup.
Support kitchen staff with cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic work environment.
Restock supplies such as clean dishes and utensils for the kitchen staff.
Follow proper procedures for waste disposal and recycling.




Adhere to all safety protocols related to food handling and sanitation standards.

Qualifications
Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced workplace while maintaining attention to detail.
Basic understanding of food handling and safety regulations.
Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
