Duties
Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly to maintain cleanliness standards
Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, or assembling ingredients under supervision
Support the kitchen staff by organizing supplies and ensuring proper storage of food items
Maintain a clean and sanitized work area by sweeping, mopping, and disposing of waste appropriately
Follow all food safety protocols to prevent contamination and ensure compliance with health regulations
Help with meal assembly or serving when needed to support smooth restaurant operations
Restock dishware, utensils,



and cleaning supplies to ensure readiness for daily service

Skills
Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food handling practices
Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting
Solid understanding of food safety standards and sanitation procedures
Valuable physical stamina for standing long hours and performing repetitive tasks
