Duties
Efficiently wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment to uphold food safety standards
Assist with basic meal preparation and food handling tasks under the supervision of chefs or kitchen staff
Support the food service team by clearing tables, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in dining and prep areas
Follow proper food safety protocols during all stages of dishwashing and food handling processes
Help with trash disposal and recycling to maintain a tidy kitchen environment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service times




Monitor water temperatures and cleaning supplies to ensure optimal sanitation practices are followed

Qualifications
Basic knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items and bending
Robust attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and organization
Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team workplace
Familiarity with cooking, meal preparation, or kitchen experience is a plus but not mandatory
A positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to contribute to a dynamic culinary team
