Aboshkal Design & Build is looking for a motivated Executive Assistant (Creative & Operations) to join our growing team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and wants to build a long-term career.

No two days are the same. You'll assist with daily operations while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination, content creation, client relations, our interactive showroom, and qualified design software.

Responsibilities
Assist with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Make phone calls to clients, suppliers, and business partners.
Capture photos and videos of projects and showroom displays.
Create and help manage social media content.
Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom.
Learn and use professional design software and business systems.
Help keep projects organized and moving forward.

Experience is preferred; however, we're happy to train the right candidate who demonstrates the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Compensation

$40,000–$55,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.

A probationary period applies to all new hires.
